RETURNS & CANCELATION

 

• Information cancellation of the transaction before the order is processed, we return 100% of your money.

• Cancellations can not be done after the process of the items ordered has been done.

 

PAYMENT

 

• Payment can be made by bank transfer BCA/MANDIRI

• Payment systems that use system (DP) Down-Payment gradual 50%-50% or depending on the agreement

• Down payment of 50% of the total purchase price paid after the agreement of the transaction. 

• The remainder of the total purchase price of the goods paid after the order is received / when the day delivery depending on the agreement 

• The shipping fee is paid at 100% when the items ordered will be shipped.

 

WARRANTY

 

All TRE standard furniture comes with a 3 month warranty/guarantee. TRE furniture is made with only high quality raw materials, fittings and finishes.

The processing and drying of all wood is done in-house, so furniture moisture content (MC) is strictly controlled and quality maintained. Hardware, often imported, is made according to designer specification. International Hardware companies also offer their own guarantee.

In the unlikely event that an item provided by TRE does not meet the requirements of standard hospitality usage (said standards being discussed prior to production), we request that the purchaser notify us in writing with details of the problem, including photos, conditions of delivery, conditions of on site usage, which delivery/PO, etc. After a claim has been verified and liabilities appointed, TRE will negotiate the appropriate steps for repair and/or replacement in a timely/cost effective manner for all parties.

 

Term of Use

 

To ensure that the products is used correctly and safely, it must be set up and used as directed in the included instructions.  TRE products are designed and manufactured for a normal use as a chair or table, which implies that it should be used for the weight for which it is rated it is designed and excludes, among other things, use by 2 people at the same time. Individuals should sit down in the chair without “falling” into it, and should change position without making any sudden movement. If the products are used by children, they should be supervised by adults.

 

Limited Warranty

 

• This TRE product has been designed and manufactured in order to provide satisfaction.

• It is guaranteed for 3 months (three) from the date of delivery and use against any manufacturing or material defects.

• If the product (finishing) a little scratched because of an accident in the expeditionary dependents of the expeditions as it becomes the responsibility of the cargo, please check the goods after finishing in the setting.

• This guarantee DOES NOT cover damaged that arise from accident, normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse, intentional damage, fire, flood, alteration or modification of the product, negligence, exposure, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, or service performed by anyone other than tre furniture.

• Additionally this warranty DOES NOT cover damage resulting from inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care on any condition resulting from other than ordinary wear from any use for which the product was not designed. Under the terms of this limited warranty, TRE will repair, or send a replacement part if the product problem meets the conditions above.

• TRE cannot be held responsible for furniture problems due to poor design by either clients or third parties, especially when appropriate time for research development and testing have not been allowed. Antiques, Art Furniture, Roots, Slab Furniture, and “Origins” style furniture may have natural material imperfections which are beyond the control of TRE. Such imperfections make them unique, we will ensure that they are delivered in good condition and fit for the purpose intended.
